Can I work with my cohort during the open sessions?

Of course! The important part of the open sessions is that you're free to choose. But choose you must.

I have a hardship being onsite. What can I do?

Onsite attendance is mandatory Monday and Wednesday. If that poses a hardship, confer with your manager.

Where is CR North?

Conference Room North is located in Building 1, up a set of stairs across from the Help Desk and Mailroom.

Will lunch be provided on either of the onsite days?

Lunch will be provided on Wednesday.

What do I need to do to prepare?

If you're set up to use Claude and Cursor, you're good to go. Be sure to accept the invites you've received and install the appropriate applications and extensions.

Do I need to have used AI to participate?

No. All experience levels are welcome: novice, learning, proficient, and fluent.
